Christmas Video Production – Vintage Glamour at Holdenby House, Northamptonshire

Well here it is folks….Merry Christmas!

We had a  fabulous time producing  this Christmas vintage photo shoot influenced by old Hollywood movie’s from the 1940’s / 1950’s.  Our creative team worked together to come up with the most divine production  to showcase our handy skills with a Christmas festive twist.

Holdenby House were kind enough to offer their sublime location as the most perfect backdrop for us to transport you back to that bygone era .  With a fantastic live Jazz recording of Santa Baby played by the super talented Wallpaper Jazz, we were swinging and swaying along to the beat. Using our much loved Glo Minerals products showing off the limited edition Deluxe Holiday Kit and Shimmer Dust, along with trying out a few new additions to our make up arsenal courtesy of  the Dita Von Teese Art Deco range, we were able to create that authentic pin up look.

It was also a great opportunity to present a Rita Hayworth inspired hair style complete with a victory roll, giving a cheeky wink to those Hollywood icons and the perfect Jazz Diva inspired quaffer.

To complete the scene we had a gorgeous Christmas Tree, Sure 55 microphone and a dress that came all the way from MGM’s costume department, we can only imagine the movie history that dress has seen (thanks Annette you star).

So enjoy our Perfect Pin up start to the Yuletide season and we look forward to more fun makeovers in 2013, thanks to everyone that helped this onto the silver screen we couldn’t have done it without your generosity. So strike up the band boys, and hurry down that chimney Santa, we’ve all been good girls this year x x x
